If you want a larger home than the 1120 Series, then connecting two Hale-12's may be your answer.   We call this our "1500 Series", or the "Double Hale-12"...

This size allows for more spacious room layouts, or for more rooms, whichever you choose.

Here is a spacious 1500 Series floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths:

Here is another nice 3-Bedroom layout for the 1500 Series:

These clients added a rectangular 2-car garage extension,  built onsite.

For those who would like to maximize the number of rooms, perhaps for a larger family . .

 .

Below is a sample of a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with the large master bedroom suite at the far end of home from the other bedrooms.

Here is the rear view of the above home:

Here is an example of a 1500 Series built on a hillside, with a lower-level Parking Garage under one of the Hales:

And here is the lower level parking, with its stairway leading up to enter the living area of the main house:

As you can see from the above, it is possible to build any of the hales or combination hale homes on a grade, and the Hale-12 makes a nice 2-Car garage which can be a part of the foundation for the home.

If you like this design, but want just a bit more interior space, you can always enlarge the center connection area.   The "1500 Series"  uses a connection area that is 2-panels long, and 2-panels wide.  The last plan shown above is actually a bit larger, with a wider connection area:  2 panels long, but 3 panels wide.

If you'd like to see a similar home shape with a larger connection area (5-panels long, 3-panels wide) you can click here for the "1900 Series".
