2300 Series

 

This design is an example of a split-level floor plan, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths.  Most of the home is an extended single-story layout, connected with a 2-story Hale-12 -- which has a 360 degree panoramic view:

The 2nd story is a Hale-12.  In addition to an exterior stairway entrance to the upstairs, this floor plan features a central spiral staircase directly under the 6' central skylight.  The effect is to let enhanced lighting into the lower level, and a stunning view of the staircase, upper level, and skylight, from below:
