3000 Series

A 2-Story, Double Hale-12 combines to create our "3000 Series", allowing much more interior space and multiple views in all directions. 

Depending upon your family needs and preferences, you can have very large open rooms, or a "3000 Series" can easily accommodate up to 5 bedrooms or more, depending upon the way you might like to lay it out inside.  Here is a sample 5 bedroom layout, including a 2-Car Garage on the lower level. 

The next home (below) has a similar floor plan to the one shown above, but the owners decided to add a separate Hale-12  2-Car Garage onto the front (left side) of their home - thus making a large game-room and bar area in the lower Hale-12 area that you see was used as a garage in the floor plan above.

In building the home shown below, the owners asked for bids from local general contractors, and they found that using our engineered panelized system saved them $90,000.00 off the lowest priced comparable bid for the shell portion of this home.

  Here is another "3000 Series" home that we provided and these owners also added a separate attached Hale-12  2-Car Garage which you can see to the front left side of the home.  This gave them an entire livable mother-in-law apartment in one of the lower story Hale-12's:

The next floor plan gives you another idea of space usage, adding 2-Story 360-degree full wrap-around covered lanais and a covered entry way:

The lower story greets you with a lovely 2-story high entry area, looking up into the 2nd story as the stairway rises.  We have a 2-car garage with room for laundry facilities and one large private bedroom / bathroom.  Also a den and walk-in closet / storage areas:

Going upstairs, we have a spacious open living/dining/kitchen area under the open beam ceilings and large central skylight, and you are surrounded by continuous views in all directions.  A large master bedroom suite with walk-in closet, and an additional bedroom or nursery, plus a central half bath for your guests.
