Hale-8

What's Included

 

The Hale-8 is our original, 8-sided octagon cottage.   The building package consists of:

  •  8 wall panels, pre-framed and sided for your design-specified door and window openings, and numbered for placement.
  •  8 roof/open beam ceiling panels, framed with Select Dry Con-Heart Redwood,  Incense or Port Orford Cedar sheathing and roofing felt paper, ready to slide up into place. 

Each wall panel takes just a few minutes to place, strap and screw together!  A helpful assembly manual comes with your kit, to guide you (and/or your contractor or builder) through the preparation and assembly process.  In a matter of hours, the entire exterior wall and roof/ceiling systems are in place and secured.

Also included:

  •  Your selection of Mahogany entry door(s)
  •  Almond vinyl-framed sliding windows
  •  Clear All-Heart Redwood trim, and jambs -- interior and exterior
  •  All hardware and roofing felt for quick, rain-tight shell assembly.

We have standard door and window allotments for each Hale.   Based upon your actual design, you will be charged or credited accordingly.  Extended wall heights are also available as an option.
