Our "Mahalo" goes to Paul and Hiromi Daniels (currently of Japan) who made a detailed Photo Journal Gallery of their summer 2003 Hawaii Hale-8 building project. Ten years ago, we discovered one of our homes on the front cover of the Hawaii publication, Homes and Land... This is a modified 1500 series home, and it had listed for $695,000 at that time (1997) - which was a nice example of how our homes maintain strong resale value.
